POLICY PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF THE CODE REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND R.E. N.679-2016 (GDPR)
1. Data Controller
The Data Controller is ASCCA, with registered office in Milan, Via Pergolesi 25, in the person of the President and Legal Representative.
2. Data Processor

ASCCA, in accordance with the provisions of the law, has appointed Pragma Congressi srl, with registered office in Pavia c.so Mazzini 14, in the person of its Legal Representative as Data Processor.
Pragma Congressi carries out, on behalf of ASCCA, the management of the administrative and operational secretariat, therefore any request regarding the processing of personal data may be forwarded to the Data Processor at the address info@pragmacongressi.it or to the address of the Data Controller info@ascca.it

3. Purpose of the processing
To guarantee and manage your participation in the event concerned.
Your data will be processed in order to register you for the event, contact you with regard to information strictly in connection with the event and fulfill legal and tax obligations.
4. Legal basis of the processing
The processing of your data for the purposes indicated in point 3 above finds its legal basis in the legitimate interest of ASCCA to ensure the normal conduct of the event.
5. Nature of the provision of data and consequences of any refusal
In the event that you decide not to provide your data, Data Controller will not be able to guarantee and manage your participation in the event. Therefore, your refusal to provide your data will make it impossible to participate in the event itself.
6. Processing methods
As part of the purposes indicated in point 3 above, the processing of your data will take place by electronic means, in compliance with the regulatory provisions on the processing of personal data, adopting the appropriate security measures.
The processing of your data will be managed by specially trained and trained personnel, precisely to guarantee adequate security and confidentiality, as well as to avoid risks of loss and / or destruction and access by unauthorized parties.
7. Communication and dissemination

Your Data may be communicated:

  • to authorized ASCCA internal subjects who carry out activities connected and instrumental to the management of the requested services;
  • to subjects specifically appointed as Data Processors;
  • to suppliers: i.e. Hotel, catering, travel agencies, websites for transport reservations (bus, flights, and trains), e.g. for website maintenance, to manage web spaces, to take photos or make recordings, and for video editing purposes.

Data for the above purposes may communicated, in anonymous or aggregated form or otherwise, to any public or private parties that have funded the event and/or activity in the context of which the event is held and/or that collaborate in holding the event.

8. Storage
The Data will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed, in full compliance with the principle of limitation of conservation provided for by the Regulation and / or for the time necessary for legal obligations.
9. Rights of the interested party

With reference to your Data, you have the right to ask ASCCA in the manner indicated by the Regulation:

  • access, in the cases provided;
  • the correction of inaccurate Data and the integration of incomplete data;
  • the cancellation of Data for the reasons provided, such as when they are no longer necessary with respect to the purposes indicated above or are not processed in compliance with the Regulation;
  • the limitation of processing for the hypotheses envisaged, as in the case of contesting the accuracy of the Data and it is necessary to verify its correctness;
  • portability, i.e. the right to receive, in the cases provided, in a structured format of common use and readable by an automatic device, the Data and to transmit said Data to another data controller;
  • the right to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time;
  • opposition to processing, in the cases provided.

ASCCA also reserves the right to request information necessary for identification purposes of the applicant.

11. Claim
If you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions contained in the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data or, alternatively, appeal to the competent judicial authority
12. Transfer of data abroad
Your Data are stored at ASCCA headquarters and on servers located in the European Union.
13. Automated decision-making
The Data are not processed through an automated decision-making process. ASCCA reserves the right to modify or update the content of this Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, also due to any changes to the provisions of the law. These changes will be effective as soon as they are published on the site/platform.

The Data Controller
